Your Bus Survey Feedback is Critical to Determining the Future of the Free Shadelands Bart Shuttle
In June 2024, Shadelands Walnut Creek rolled out its newly rebranded and re-wrapped BART shuttle bus, County Connection #7, at a festive ribbon cutting held at Calicraft Brewing Co. The free Shadelands BART shuttle transports passengers in and around Shadelands and between Shadelands and the Pleasant Hill BART station every 20 minutes during morning and afternoon commutes.
This month, Shadelands Walnut Creek is surveying riders and non-riders to gauge public awareness, interest, and ridership, as well as opportunities to improve service. Participation in the survey is critical to determining the future of the free shuttle.
