Center for Community Arts Handcrafted Holiday Sale, Saturday, December 6 & Sunday, December 7
‘Tis the season — and that means shopping! Be extraordinary this year. No matter how you celebrate the joys of the holidays and who’s on your gift giving list, you’ll always find distinctive items lovingly handcrafted by more than 60 Community Arts teaching and student artists at the annual Handcrafted Holiday Sale, presented by the Center for Community Arts.
On December 6 & 7, 10am-4pm, the Shadelands Art Center will be teeming with one-of-a-kind treasures for everyone of all ages on your holiday list. There will even be something special just for you! Look for works of art in glass, painting, ceramics, jewelry, fiber arts, printmaking, photography, and more.
A portion of the proceeds benefits Center for Community Arts, the Clay Arts Guild, and the Community Arts Foundation. And, in partnership with the Clay Arts Guild, there is a special shopping area where kids can pick out gifts for their grown-ups.
This year’s Handcrafted Holiday Sale runs Saturday, December 6, 10am-4pm, and Sunday, December 7, 10am-4pm. You won’t find these artistic treasures anywhere else. Admission and parking are free. Shadelands Art Center, 111 N. Wiget Lane, Walnut Creek.
