100 Years! The Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce Celebrated in Style!

On a warm fall evening in October, the Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau celebrated two magical milestones: the Chamber’s 100th anniversary, and Visit Walnut Creek’s 15th anniversary! Presented by Shadelands Walnut Creek and Kaiser Permanente, the party was held at host venue Calicraft Brewing Co., 2700 Mitchell Drive.

Calicraft Brewing Co. was the place to be on that warm fall evening in October for the Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce’s 100th anniversary party, where celebrants had time to meet up and catch up, while enjoying brews and bites.

Appetizers, food stations, and a variety of beverages kept attendees fed and quenched, and a host of planned activities kept them entertained, including presentations, live musical performances, and recognition of the 2026 Best of Walnut Creek Chamber award winners.

This was a night to remember, showcasing people and organizations that make Walnut Creek a special place to live, work, and play — start a family, build a business. And the newly reconstructed Calicraft took center stage as the most amazing, happenin’ place in Shadelands.
