Extra Space Storage, a large operator in the self-storage industry, recently purchased Shadelands Self Storage, originally constructed in 2003 by Hall Equities Group and located at 1925 Oak Grove Road, to the north of Joybound People & Pets. Cushman & Wakefield's Self-Storage Advisory Group facilitated the sale, considered one of the largest single-asset trades in recent Bay Area self-storage activity. The facility features 1,200 units and offers both drive-up and ground-level access options, with 7-days-a-week access between 6am and 10pm.
