Look Who’s Celebrating 100 Years! And They’re Having a Party, So Mark Your Calendar Now!
On Thursday, October 29, 5:30-8pm, the Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau will celebrate two magical milestones: the Chamber’s 100th anniversary, and Visit Walnut Creek’s 15th anniversary! These milestones coincide with the 50th anniversary of Shadelands Walnut Creek, founded in the mid-’70s as a traditional, auto-centric business park, and now celebrated as a dynamic regional business and lifestyle destination where people come to work, play, and live.
Presented by Shadelands Walnut Creek and Kaiser Permanente, the Chamber’s 100th Anniversary Celebration will be held at Calicraft Shadelands’ new outdoor beer garden, 2700 Mitchell Drive. Appetizers, food stations, and a variety of beverages will keep attendees fed and quenched, and a host of planned activities will keep them entertained, including recognition of the 2026 Best of Walnut Creek Chamber award winners.
