Look Who’s Bouncing Into Shadelands!

Sky Zone Walnut Creek is set to open in The Orchards within a year.

Sky Zone, the global leader in indoor trampoline parks and trampoline-based active entertainment, is coming to The Orchards. Still in the pre-construction phase with no opening date announced, Sky Zone will move into the space once occupied by Stein Mart, between Safeway and Petco. Sky Zone offers a variety of activities, including trampoline-based games, foam pits, zip lines, and others, for people of all ages — a new approach to safe, exhilarating “extreme” sports.

Sky Zone opened its first park in Las Vegas in 2004, and now operates more than 265 franchised trampoline parks across the United States and around the world, hosting more than 40 million parents and children of all ages each year. The planned Sky Zone Walnut Creek park is part of Sky Zone's broader strategy to increase its presence in Northern California, with several San Francisco Bay Area parks already in operation.

Aerial jousting is a featured safe “extreme” sport at Sky Zone, where participants, win or lose, enjoy falling into foam pits.

Sky Zone offers a variety of trampoline-based programs for birthday parties, team events, and school functions, and provides a place for families to enjoy after school and weekend activities rain or shine. Membership options allow families to stop by as often as they’d like.

Aerial dodge ball played on trampolines is a new take on the traditional asphalt playground sport.

The trampoline park has more than 60 attractions that take trampolines to the next level, from interactive sports like aerial jousting, dodgeball, and basketball, to foam zones and softer spaces that allow little ones to explore and play safely at their own pace.

Sky Zone has plenty of soft spaces that allow little ones to explore and play safely at their own pace.

Visitors can free jump in sprawling wall-to-wall trampoline courts; zip line through the park and land in a foam pit; test strength, agility, and speed in the Ninja Warrior Course; and free climb up a bouldering wall without a harness.

Check out Sky Zone Dublin, Sky Zone Fremont, and Sky Zone Brentwood. Now imagine that much fun in Shadelands at Sky Zone Walnut Creek. Coming soon!

The Shadelands Scene will provide updates as construction begins on Sky Zone Walnut Creek and an opening date is announced.
