Located in a 600 sq. ft. single bay facility with a keyless entry, SMASH BOX is available year round, seven days a week: 24 hours a day for members, and from 7am to 10pm for the general public. When golfers book the facility, the whole place is their own personal space. They receive a code via email to get into the facility, and another code to unlock the bay so they can set about playing golf; working on their swing; training with partners, spouses, and kids; and enjoying themselves alone or in a special setting with family and friends.

Owner/Operators Charlie and Jerica Campbell founded SMASH BOX Golf to offer something not already available in this part of Walnut Creek and the surrounding area.
“Our family loves golf and we saw a need for this in the marketplace, especially here at the SportsMall,” said Jerica. “We opened SMASH BOX for parents who are dropping their kids off for their own sports activities; people who are planning a day or evening out with family and friends; people who are looking for personal alone time to work on their swing and improve their outings on the course. We wanted to take our love for golf to the next step – for individuals, for families, and for friends who enjoy golf and getting together.”

Jerica and Charlie have designed a warm and comfortable social setting – much like a cozy rec room – that welcomes golfers and their guests, with a sofa and high top counter stools that seat several people. There’s a refrigerator so golfers can bring their own food; a speaker so golfers can listen to their own music, a 75” television for watching sports or other televised events, and a private restroom.
